Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used items. However, we understand that trying a new product for the first time can be a risk, and we’re committed to making things right.
First-time customers who are unsatisfied with their purchase may be eligible for a one-time refund or exchange, even if the product has been opened. Please contact us with details of your experience.
We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
• The product must be sealed, in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Tian Creamers error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged upon arrival).
Our goal is to ensure every customer has the best experience possible with Tian Creamers, and we’re happy to work with you if you’re not fully satisfied with your first purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tiancreamers.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
• Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend returning the unopened item and placing a new order.
